The opening hours/consultation hours of the Admissions & Enrolment Office and the Examinations Office can currently only be attended in person:
Mondays between 1 and 3 pm, Tuesdays to Fridays between 9 am and 12 noon
When can I apply for courses of study with admission restrictions?
The application period for the courses of study with admission restrictions listed below for enrolment in the summer semester 2023 will be communicated in due time:

How can I enrol for courses of study without admission restrictions?
Applications for enrolment for courses of study without admission restrictions or doctoral studies can currently only be submitted in person or by post. Application forms and further information are available from our offices.
How can I re-register?
The HISinOne campus management system is currently unavailable. Thus, re-registrations cannot currently be processed. The regular re-registration period for the summer semester 2023 will start on 2 January 2023. Further information will be made available in due time.
How can I submit requests for leaves of absence or withdrawal from the register of students?
Requests for leaves of absence or withdrawal from the register of students can currently only be submitted in person or by post. The required documents must be presented or enclosed. The relevant request forms and further information are available from our offices.
Can I request a student/staff ID card?
The HISinOne campus management system is currently unavailable. Therefore, student and staff ID cards can currently not be issued. Corresponding requests can be submitted and will be processed as soon as the relevant systems are operational again.
