In order to use the digital services at the UDE, it is still absolutely necessary to renew the password („password reset“) of the personal university ID or the function IDs used.
Many university members have not yet fulfilled this requirement.
Staff members or academics can contact the IKM officer in their department for this purpose.
Students can still reset their password at the stationary computers provided for this purpose in the University Library or with the help of the ePoints.
Unfortunately, a remote password reset is still only possible in exceptional cases.
